HOW WE WORK

• Schedule online for Open House services  

• Open House signs will be picked-up from Realtors broker office on Friday’s by 7p.m.

• Open House signs will be installed 4 hours before scheduled Open House. 

• Open House signs will be removed 2 hours after Open House concludes. 

• Photos of Open House signs will be emailed to listing agent for verification of installation and removal of Open House sign(s). 

• Open House signs will be returned on the following Monday should you only are schedule a one-time appointment. If you sign-up for a monthly membership, we will keep your signs in storage to reuse them for future Open Houses. Once the sign needs being replaced, we will send you an email to seek a replacement sign.
